The One Who Shot Away
JEREMY
If he’s the sinner and she’s the saint, why does he need to save her?
Jeremy Sinclair’s mission is simple: show up to Max’s wedding, deliver a killer best man toast, and fly back to the ends of the earth. The last thing he expects is to have Rachel begging him to take her with him.
RACHEL
Is he her way out, her brand new addiction, or the answer to all her prayers?
Rachel Petersen has a secret that will shatter her spotless image. When Jeremy shows up, she finds in him her quickest escape from the lie of a life she created for herself.
Will he see right through her and get her to trust him with the truth? Or will she continue to live a lie and shatter his heart in the process?

TOWSA Review #5
I loved how Joanna addresses a touchy topic with grace and biblical principles. Can’t wait for the next book.

TOWSA Review #9
For me, it emphasized the reality that we are all broken people in need of God and apart from Him we are of no purpose at all. I'd say that this book addresses struggles in our walk with Christ that aren't talked about much or are very much shunned by many and the fact that the author addressed it in the book made it really amazing and helpful.
