Milla Holt | Author
Milla writes Christian romance with an international twist. Heroes with honor and integrity and strong, can-do heroines are her thing.
I love Milla’s books! She writes in such a compelling and relatable manner that I always get something out of her books. Always so intimidating when she reads my work! – Joanna

My Reviews of Her Books
Milla Holt Review #1
FALLING FOR THE FOE — The writing reflected the author's heart and the characters took me on a journey to a culture I found myself fascinated by. The writing goes into a lot of cultural issues, most especially the fight against HIV/AIDS, which I didn't expect to be such a central point. But that's what made it matter.

LESSONS LEARNED IN LOVE — I don't know what it is about Holt's books, but even if I'm nothing like her characters, I find them still so relatable. That was certainly the case for both Tendo and Vanya.

Milla Holt Review #2
PUSHING PAST THE PAIN — This one hit me hard. I never thought I'd be able to relate to a widowed mother the way I was able to relate to Ella's fears. Ragnar is swoon-worthy and worthy of the heroine. THE ONE WHO DANCED AWAY -- Joanna tells unflinchingly of Christians who sometimes get it wrong before they get it right, and of children and teens who are driven away from Christ because of the lack of grace and kindness they face in church. TOWRA Review #10
THE ONE WHO ROCKED AWAY — This was way more than a romance story. It's a story about how two people needed to lose each other before they found their way back to God, and to each other. Joanna has crafted a beautiful story about a young girl whose love for a boy grows so much that she finds herself being sucked along in his orbit and away from God. [Nolan's] and Serene's love story is beautiful and beautifully told.
