Gomitra is a borough located south of the city of Oro Valle in Sphere 5 of the island of Luxersom. Known for its dramatic coastal landscapes, mountainous terrain, vineyards, and high-end residential districts, Gomitra functions as the principal residential and recreational region serving the urban center of Oro Valle. The borough is widely associated with the country’s entertainment elite, outdoor tourism, and luxury estates. While Oro Valle is the commercial and cultural heart of Sphere 5, Gomitra provides the surrounding natural landscapes and residential enclaves that support the city’s affluent lifestyle.

Dobok Heights

Dobok Heights occupies the northeastern portion of Gomitra and consists primarily of mountainous terrain forming the southern reaches of the Carradil system. Compared to the Carradil Wilds of Aglahi, Dobok Heights contains far less wildlife, which has allowed the region to develop into one of Luxersom’s most popular outdoor recreation areas. Two residential communities exist within the district:

Cilaurin Hills

Cilaurin Hills is a hillside residential district overlooking Oro Valle and the Cilaurin Valley below. The area is known for providing relatively affordable housing for individuals working in the entertainment industry of Oro Valle.

Cilaurin Valley

Situated below the hills, Cilaurin Valley is a scenic agricultural region known for vineyards and exclusive wineries. The valley has become one of the most prestigious residential areas in the country. Large vineyard estates, luxury villas, and private wineries dominate the landscape, making Cilaurin Valley one of the most expensive places to live in Ancoria.

Karoa West

Karoa West occupies the western coastline of Gomitra and is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious residential regions in Luxersom. Many of Oro Valle’s most prominent celebrities and entertainment figures maintain their primary homes here, often in the form of large coastal mansions overlooking the sea or estates bordering the forests of Karoa Woods.

Karoa Woods

Karoa Woods is a dense coastal forest situated between Karoa West and Karoa East. The region contains several lakes, hiking trails, and campgrounds that attract visitors from across Luxersom. Unlike the luxury estates of neighboring districts, the residential population of Karoa Woods is relatively small and consists primarily of campground operators, resort caretakers, park staff, and forestry workers.

The area is considered one of the most popular camping destinations near Oro Valle due to its proximity to the city while still offering a sense of wilderness.

Karoa East

Karoa East forms the southeastern district of Gomitra and contains the primary town center of the borough. The area is characterized by suburban developments surrounded by vineyards and winery estates that extend from Cilaurin Valley. While still considered upper-class housing, Karoa East is generally more accessible than the elite neighborhoods of Karoa West and Cilaurin Valley.
