Roselita's

“Food with heart, served with love and legacy.”

Tucked quietly into a narrow alley just off Cadenza Plaza, Roselita’s is one of Eirin City’s best-kept secrets — a cozy, intimate eatery that feels like stepping into a different era.

Established in 1928 by Rose Ventari and Lita Sandros, best friends with a shared passion for family, friendship, and food with heart, Roselita’s began as a humble kitchen serving soulful meals to neighbors and travelers alike. What began with simple recipes and hand-carved tables soon grew into a beloved institution — one that still carries the warmth and authenticity of its origins nearly a century later.

While the Marlika district has evolved into a showcase of luxury and modern architecture, Roselita’s has remained true to itself — all wood, stone, soft lighting, and slow-cooked flavors. Inside, shelves of vintage wine bottles, faded photographs, and heirloom cookware whisper stories of generations past.

Now run by the descendants of Rose and Lita, the restaurant continues to honor its founders’ legacy, serving dishes steeped in tradition and crafted with care. Locals return for the comfort. Visitors remember it long after they’ve left.

In a city that’s always racing forward, Roselita’s remains one of the few places brave enough to stand still.
