In The Beauty in their Scars, Calysta Daniels fell in love with a beast.

When Brendan disappears after having been exposed in his beastly form, she refuses to mope around, pining for her lost love. In Worlds Apart, Calysta navigates a brave new world apart from the life, family, and home she’d grown to love at Villa Eliza.

In this collection of one-shot vignettes, Calysta discovers that though this might not be the happily ever after she hoped for, her story isn’t over yet.

In The Beauty in their Scars, Brendan Ashthorn turned into a beast.

When he transforms back to his human form, all he wants is to pursue Calysta. An angel’s warning, however, makes him walk back to an opulent world apart from hers. As much as he wants to be with her, Brendan must seek his First Love first; otherwise, he might make her his entire world.

In this collection of one-shot vignettes, the Christian world both ruins and builds Brendan’s faith as he pursues God, waiting until it’s time for him to fight for his happily ever after.
