TOWRA Review #16
THE ONE WHO ROCKED AWAY — This is definitely more on the grittier side of Christian fiction and does not shy away from referencing sin... I would say that based on the writing and the gripping depth of the story expressed by the author, it is certainly a five-star read. I only struggled a little bit because I’m more sensitive to reading accounts of sexual sin, but for anyone else, I can easily see how this is a top-notch book that explores forgiveness and God’s perfect timing in a delicate manner.

KING OF THE CROWN IMPERIALS -- Oh my heart, this exceptional book! If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Not only has it completely captivated me, but I don't know that this story will leave my mind anytime soon. This brilliant retelling of Esther contains all of the peril, wartime strategy, and geopolitical influences that make the King of the Crown Imperials such a thrilling read.

KING OF THE CROWN IMPERIALS -- It's such a beautiful, grace-filled story highlighting God's work in the lives of His children. Add to it the fact that it features a Queen Esther retelling coupled with the Royals and Fake Dating tropes, and this book had me picking it up every chance I could!

THE WOMAN IN THE WILDERNESS -- I loved this devotional. The author’s unique style of using a storyline followed by “manna” with the author’s reflections held my attention. Walking through the wilderness alongside the sojourner, encountering what she did hit home to me. Beautifully written.

KING OF THE CROWN IMPERIALS -- The cover of this one caught my eye. And then I read that it was inspired by the story of Queen Esther. And it has a fake engagement. So much yes to all of that!!
